In everyone's opinion, which zombie do you find scarier?
I personally find the latter scarier. Slow ones are only a threat in large groups. A single fast zombie is a menace. A swarm is devastating. To cap it off, zombies don't tire or surrender so a fast zombie eventually going to catch the human.

Slow ones are not a fraction as scary or lethal as fast moving zombies.

No kidding. I can eat a sandwich while walking away from a slow zombie.

Fast, although I doubt there would be any huge quantity if an apocalypse did break out.

I mean how in hell can some people find slow zombies to be scarier? They can't fight. They can't think. They have no strategy. They're only a threat in mobs. I can easily outrun or immoblize one with a swift kick or some sort of weapon.
Since a zombie doesn't feel pain or fatigue, it'd actually make sense for it to push itself beyond human endurance. So it would run as fast if not faster than us and sustain its speed much longer.

A dead person's muscles can only sustain so much without the necessary energy and respiratory capabilities. Rigor mortis would also prevent any zombies from moving quickly from a time span of about 13-40 hours after death.

I hate all media-related zombies. But if I had to choose, I would go with slow zombies because they do not represent the massive overratedness that they have gone through over the years.
