Im not sure what the story behind this is but they appear to have a mother and cub relationship.

Looks like the leopard might have been taken from its mom too early...in the case with house cats kittens will grow up sucking on things, or attempting to nurse on people and other pets in the house,, if taken from their mothers before weaned.

ive seen that video before but that is interesting, the way animals can be gentle to each other when they have the weapons to kill
