I know Orca's can. There are articles where Orca Pods kill Blue Whales, however it takes a long time.
So do you guys think it was possible for Livyatan to have preyed upon Blue Whales?

Yes but Livyatan had more weapons than a modern Sperm Whale.

Still the jaw size is similar and just by looking at the two pictures you can tell that they would only inflict superficial wounds at best and that's assuming the animal doesn't get its skull smashed into pieces.

Also, Livyatan had really large teeth and they were functional on both the upper and lower jaws.

Ya but we're not talking about immediately. I think after some time of attack, the Livyatan would be able to kill the Blue Whale.

Livyathan's teeth and jaws are actually a lot less impressive than an orca's at the same size.

True but Livyatan was way bigger than an Orca. So they were strong in their own way.

I think people are looking at Livyatan in the wrong way, to me it seems like a scaled up sperm whale, it doesn't really have the body design for hunting whales like orcas or Megalodon, it appears to be more of a sperm-whale like eater, gorging itself on plentiful underwater prey. It really doesn't seem like the huge macro-predator it was being made out to be.

I strongly doubt it. A healthy adult whale is simply too colossal for any single predator to kill.
