I'm still favoring Therizinosaurus due to its greater reach. It could badly slash up the tarbo's face before the latter gets close enough to bite.

The user theropod stated on another forum that given Tarbosaurus isn't that huge, Therizinosaurus could definitely hold a significant weight advantage (possibly as much as 100% bigger). If that's the case, I might have to change my vote.

Take such confident size estimates with a grain of salt. It is better to use ranges for size than use absolutes. But I will say that tyrannosaurids were poorly-adapted for tackling prey that much larger than themselves, as their crushing morphology implies reliance more-so on smaller animals that can be damaged more easily by blunt force as opposed to broad ripping.
