why is it that people keep getting offended when I say I dislike felines, canines, snakes, hyenas, and the like?
i tend to dislike carnivores in general. Not just hyenas.
I just don't like them. That's all.
I'm geared towards herbivores- especially ungulates and great apes.

I still think snakes are worse.
The instance where a headless snake bit a guy.
It's as if its evil lives on after it dies.
Just grotesque and morbid.
Don't ever want to go near those things.

I feel baited a little rhino... That "evil" perception about snakes stems from western religious propeganda, in Africa, east Asia, Austrailia and even tribal societies of the Americas the snake is revered. Open your mind!

Snakes are still badasses in the bible, all powerful god forces you to crawl on your belly for eternity as punishment for giving man the gift of knowledge become a highly successful group of animals anyway

Personally I despise stigma towards any animal, and I am tired of dealing with ignorant people that believe cute animals are infinity superior to others that aren't. While I don't approve of your dislike towards certain species of animals, as long as you don't advocate their death/extinction I will not object to your views.
If you ask me snakes are possibly one the least "evil" animals that have come into existence. Unlike some animals such as humans, they only kill when targeting an animal they intend to eat or when defending themselves, and I am quite frankly appalled by the hate directed towards them.

Actually that is why I had always defended ultimategrid, Its not that I approved of his actions in anyway but I couldnt stand that if he was feeding his snake rats or even bunnies he would not have been attacked by nearly every member on the board.

i changed my mind. i don't mind the other 6 bear subspecies. It's really the brown and polar bear that I strongly dislike.
their fans just say the worst of things.
like this one dude (forgot where it was) said a grizzly could easily kill a gaur in a fight and was x5 stronger than a similar sized tiger. Something really idiotic like that.

I don't think I said "cute" animals are superior to ones that aren't. I honestly don't care really. Mammal vs Reptile, etc. is not really my thing. There is one animal whose extinction I'd advocate. That is the mosquito. They deserve to be extincted. And lots of people I'm sure share my opinion.

Reptiles are certainly equals to mammals. Mammals are prolific and adaptable, reptiles are resiliant and steadfast. Everone plays their part.

who here also doesn't like the wildebeest?
It's just such a dull, plain, and dim-witted looking animal.
