Spinosaurus wins with a single killing blow to the neck. With what? It's forearms!? Once again, they were not as deadly as a lot of people claim them to be. No, obviously with a single bite.

Spino had huge claws and a pretty impressive bite force. It also was 2 tons more heavier than diplodocus. Besides spino is used to having to fight carcharadontontosaurus which is around the same size as giganotosaurus which is also 2 or 3 tons less than spino. So if a heavily armed carcharadontontosaurus cannot take down a spino then how can a dinosaur with no actual Welland other than its tail how can it take down spino. Also spino could take a hold of diplodocus neck with its jaw and slash it to death with its claws

Wait I also forgot to mention that spino had to take multiple slashes with its claws to end diplodocus by blood loss. I also guess using its bit will also take care of business
