Troodon Troodon was a small dinosaur, around 2.4 metres (7.9 ft) in length, and weighing on the order of 50 kilograms (110 lb). It was comparable in size to Deinonychus and Unenlagia. Troodon is the largest known troodontid. It had very long, slender hind limbs, suggesting that the animal was able to run quickly. It had large, retractable sickle-shaped claws on its second toes, which were raised off of the ground, when running. Its eyes were large (perhaps suggesting a partially nocturnal lifestyle), and slightly forward facing, giving Troodon some degree of depth perception. Their light skulls contained a capsule similar to those found in ostrich dinosaurs.[6] Bonobo-Pan paniscusBonobos are sometimes called pygmy chimpanzees even though they are about the same size as chimpanzees (Pan troglodytes). Overall, they have a more gracile, or slender, build than chimpanzees. They exhibit moderate sexual dimorphism with adult males weighing about 39 kg (86 lb) and, on average, measuring 730 to 830 mm (2.40 to 2.72 ft) tall while adult females weigh about 31 kg (68.3 lb) and are about 700 to 760 mm (2.3 to 2.49 ft) tall (Rowe 1996).

Not sure. Bonobos are less aggressive than Chimps, but that probably won't change a thing. I'll say Bonobo.

That Troodon pic sucks.

That bonobo picture looks a bit disturbing. Considering how bonobos really have no more weapons than human other than a little extra muscle, I place my bet on a similarly sized Troodon to win.

The Troodon picture is very outdated. And it's from that dumb humanoid Dinosaur thing.
I vote Troodon.

I slightly favor the bonobo due to its opposable thumbs and intelligence. Bonobos are not aggressive at all though so I don't think it'll end with a kill. It'd probably get cut up badly by the Troodon's claws.
Bonobos are the only ape you won't see me supporting much. They're pretty girly animals, lacking the ferocity and brute strength the other great apes possess.

The ape clearly has the advantage here, the Troodon was likely an omnivore, and not a killer of large animals, this is more like a bonobo fighting an emu than a dinosaur.

Bonobos maybe are weaker than other great apes, but they still are strong enough to hold itself against a Troodon.

My point is; lacking sufficient predatory drive, the Troodon will be overpowered by a dexterous primate rather easily. This is one fight where the gripping power of the primate will come in handy. The Troodon also has rather unimpressive jaws, and its claws were ill-suited to use as weapons.

I'd favor the bonobo even more now then.

Bonobo for sure. Hell, a human has a fair chance of beating a troodon.
