Bull sharks are large and stout, with females being larger than males. The bull shark can be up to 81 centimetres (2.66 ft) in length at birth[18] and grow up to 3.5 metres (11 ft) (though a 13-footer was caught in a South African river) and weigh 318 kilograms (700 lb).[19] Bull sharks are wider than other requiem sharks of comparable length, and are grey on top and white below. The second dorsal fin is smaller than the first. Per the Discovery Channel and Animal Planet program Animal Face-Off, bull sharks have a bite force of up to 567 kilograms (1,250 lb). The bull shark's caudal fin is longer and lower than that of the larger sharks It also has a small snout. There is a lack of an interdorsal ridge. The black caiman is one of the largest reptiles. It is the largest predator in the Amazon basin and possibly the largest member of the family Alligatoridae. Most adult black caimans are 3 to 4.26 metres (9.8–14 ft) in lengths, with old males rarely growing larger than 5 metres (16 ft). The black caiman broadly overlaps in size with the American alligator, although it is on average larger at maturity. In some areas (such as the Araguaia River) this species is consistently reported at 4 to 5 metres (13–16 ft) in length, much larger than the alligator (which rarely even reaches 4 meters). Several unconfirmed sources report that the black caiman can grow to 6 metres (20 ft) or more.[2] It is, however, the third largest crocodilian in South America behind the American Crocodile and Orinoco Crocodile.

i'm voting for the caimen on this in most cases, though first bite would probable decide everything.

Caiman wins due to larger size and better armory. But like Reticulatus said, it comes down to who lands the first strike.

Black Caimans approach salties in size. The caiman has better armory and a much stronger bite. Size, armor, stronger bite > The shark. Caiman wins.

Caiman wins. It's bigger, stronger, has armor and has a stronger bite.

I choose the caiman because they will eat sharks

I am giving this to the Caiman easily because the black caiman has been reported at sizes that are 3.6x the size of even the largest bull shark and if Black caimans prey on giant fish such as Arapaima and piraiba (which they do) then a bull shark is just a slightly larger one of those that can bite back.
